Mr. Alan Doss, Special Representative of the Secretary General responds to Refugees International's 2009 MONUC field report in which Refugees International highlights weaknesses in the United Nation's Organizations Mission in the DRC (MONUC). Mr. Doss states that while he accepts several aspects of RI's report, there are several recommendations made in the report with which he disagrees.
