UN peacekeeper dies, another injured during south Lebanon 'activity'

BEIRUT - A spokesman for the U.N. peacekeeping mission in Lebanon says a peacekeeper has been killed and another injured during "operational activity" in southern Lebanon.

Lt. Col. Naresh Bhatt says Tuesday's accident occurred in the vicinity of the town of Kfar Chouba where a UNIFIL engineering company was carrying out works.
