UN praises progress in Liberia since end of civil wars
MONROVIA — Liberia has made considerable progress in the years since back-to-back civil wars devastated the nation and killed about 250,000 people, a UN Security Council delegation said Sunday.
The Partnership for Effective Peacekeeping is a project of Refugees International, Citizens for Global Solutions and Better World Campaign. Refugees International serves as the secretariat for the PEP.
